Abstract

Backgrounds Along with the increasing public interest in futsal, it is important to evaluate the futsal sports achievement development program that has been implemented.The purpose of this researcher is to evaluate the achievement development program of futsal sports in Sukabumi Regency. Methods this research method is an evaluation research that uses a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods. The location of this research is at the Sukabumi Regency Futsal Association and the research takes place from November 2024 to January 2025. The subjects of this study are administrators, coaches and athletes of association. Futsal Kabupetan Sukabumi with the number of subjects from this study being 28 people. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires.Results the first finding in this study is that the coaching program carried out in Sukabumi Regency is still not running well. The second finding is that facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate in Sukabumi Regency. The third finding is the problem of funding that has not been implemented properly in Sukabumi Regency. The fourth finding is that the process of the coaching, monitoring and evaluation program in Sukabumi Regency is still lacking. Conclusion The conclusion of this study is that the AFKAB futsal achievement development program in Sukabumi Regency is still lacking and has not run well
