Moral degradation caused by globalization and technology demands the strengthening of character education through Islamic Education (PAI). This study aims to analyze the implementation of moral values (akhlak) in PAI learning at SMP Binadidaktika Tajurhalang Bogor, and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This field study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews with the principal, PAI teacher, and students, alongside observations and document analysis (teaching modules). The results indicate that the implementation of moral values at SMP Binadidaktika is well-executed across all learning stages (introduction, core, and closing) through the integration of advice, discussion methods, 5S habits, and congregational prayers. However, these moral values are not yet explicitly formulated in the teaching modules and remain implicit-situational. The primary supporting factors include teacher exemplary behavior, a religious school environment, and principal support. Meanwhile, the biggest inhibiting factors are the influence of external peer groups and negative social media content. PAI learning at SMP Binadidaktika significantly contributes to students' character building. It is recommended that the school explicitly formulate moral indicators in curriculum documents and strengthen synergy with parents.
