Abstract

This scholarly article discusses the role played by Islamic management principles in sustainable and ethical organizational development. Islamic management bases itself on strong moral and ethical values, and promotes sustainability through prudent and sustainable actions. In an era of globalization and the complexity of modern business, these principles can help organizations achieve long-term success while maintaining their ethical integrity. In today's fast-paced and ever-changing business world, the concepts of sustainability and ethics have become very important. Organizations are increasingly recognizing the need to incorporate sustainable and ethical practices into their operations to ensure long-term success and have a positive impact on society. In the context of Islam, the principles of sustainability and ethics are deeply embedded in religious teachings. Therefore, Islamic management plays an important role in building a sustainable and ethical organization. The principles of Islamic management are rooted in the Qur'an and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). One of the basic principles of Islamic management is the concept of social responsibility. Islamic organizations are encouraged to contribute positively to society by engaging in charitable activities and encouraging economic development.
