Abstract

Abstract : Accounting Learning Model to Increase Student Competence.Accounting is one area that is not enough science learned just from the theory, but it will be easier to understand of the science area practice of accounting for real. The accounting practicum development of teaching materials is one of the efforts to improve student competence. It is assumed that with the model of appropriate learning and teaching package models that describe real conditions, can improve mastery of the material and ultimately improve student competence.The objectives of this research is to develop a model accounting package practicum learning as a strategy to improve the quality of learning financial accounting and tax accounting to increase student competence. This study will answer the question of how learning models and models of learning packages appropriate accounting practice in accounting courses. Research design using the design research and developed or Research and Development (R & D). Development to follow Instructional Development Model (MPI) the procedur. The development of the role of accounting in the industrial world demands competency appropriate user needs graduates. The results of the concept model of learning and teaching practicum accounting package. The results still have to go through testing to be in generalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between leadership, motivation, competence and work environment variables on employee performance. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries in Klaten Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 232 employees and the sample used was 70, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an influence of leadership, motivation, competence and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries in Klaten Regency, 2) There is a leadership influence on achievement employees at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries in Klaten Regency, 3) There is a motivational influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries in Klaten Regency, 4) There is an influence of competence on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries in Klaten Regency, 5) There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries in Klaten Regency. Abstract

Health services are health efforts that are carried out to achieve the highest possible health status for individuals and the community. This study has purpose to determine and analyse the relationship between leadership style, workload, motivation and stress on nurse performance. This study was conducted at Prof. Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital, Surakarta. This study was conducted using an associative quantitative research with a non-experimental research design, called as a survey design. The population in this study were 45 nurses in the central surgical installation room who worked at Orthopedic Hospital Surakarta. The sampling technique was done using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) leadership style affects employee performance, 2) workload affects employee performance, 3) motivation affects employee performance, and 4) stress affects employee performance at a significance level of 0.05. Abstract

The problems presented relate to teacher competence, school environment and Spiritual Activities affect student achievement at SMP Batik Surakarta. This research method using research design is a survey research. This research was conducted at SMP Batik Surakarta in February 2020 - July 2020. The research reason was that learning achievement needs to be improved so that SMP Batik Surakarta students are able to obtain optimal learning achievement. The object of this study of Surakarta SMP Batik Surakarta, then of this research the population is totaling 303 students. The total population was 262 students from the total population, so in this study of C class is 33 students. The analysis tool used is regression research, t test, F test and R2 test. research result showed: there is influence of teacher competence, school environment and spiritual activities on the student achievement of Students in Surakarta Batik Junior High School partially and simultaneously Keywords: Teacher Competence, School Environment, Spiritual Activities and Student Achievement

Abstract

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.
