Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi ini memberikan banyak pengaruh pada kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Jurangjero, seperti pemutusan kontrak kerja, kehilangan pekerjaan, penurunan omset usaha dan mahalnya harga pupuk. Dengan kegiatan KKN ini mengupayakan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 yaitu dengan menggalakkan program mencuci tangan dengan benar, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, penyemprotan desinfektan, isolasi mandiri bagi warga baru yang datang dari luar kota. Metode yang digunakan dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan edukasi melalui penyuluhan kepada warga tentang bahaya Covid-19 serta menjalani kehidupan New Normal dengan mematuhi protokol Kesehatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah adanya kesadaran warga Desa Jurangjero untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan, yang sekaligus mendukung program pemerintah dalam memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of reward, workload, discipline, and employee satisfaction on work productivity. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the work productivity of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Office of Klaten Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 43 employees and the entire population was sampled in this study, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of appreciation, workload, discipline, and employee satisfaction simultaneously on work productivity of employees of the Environmental and Forestry Service of Klaten Regency, 2) There is an effect of appreciation on work productivity. for employees of the Environment and Forestry Service Office of Klaten Regency, 3) There is an effect of workload on work productivity of employees of the Office of Environment and Forestry of Klaten Regency, 4) There is an effect of discipline on work productivity of employees of the Office of Environment and Forestry of Klaten Regency, 5) There the influence of employee satisfaction on work productivity of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Service in Klaten Regency Keywords: Work Productivity, Rewards, Workload, Discipline, Employee Satisfaction.

Abstract

In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Food Security, and Fisheries in Klaten Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 232 employees and the sample used was 70, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. Abstract

Health services are health efforts that are carried out to achieve the highest possible health status for individuals and the community. This study has purpose to determine and analyse the relationship between leadership style, workload, motivation and stress on nurse performance. This study was conducted at Prof. Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital, Surakarta. This study was conducted using an associative quantitative research with a non-experimental research design, called as a survey design. The population in this study were 45 nurses in the central surgical installation room who worked at Orthopedic Hospital Surakarta. The sampling technique was done using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) leadership style affects employee performance, 2) workload affects employee performance, 3) motivation affects employee performance, and 4) stress affects employee performance at a significance level of 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products, promotions and services on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data card package in Wonogiri. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted in Wonogiri, the number of population is not infinite because of the large number of internet data package users, especially Telkomsel which has a very stable network. The samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis uses multiple oline are regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test show that product quality promotion and service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data packet card in Wonogiri. The results of the t test show that the product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package cards in Wonogiri. Promotion variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel internet data package card customers in Wonogiri. Service variables partially also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel's internet data package card in Wonogiri. Product Quality, Promotion and Good Service in order to increase Customer Satisfaction of Telkomsel Internet Data Package Card in Wonogiri. Abstract

This study aims to support leadership, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all 116 participants and the sample used was 90 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. With the approved questionnaire questions declared valid and reliable. In the classical research assumptions test produces normal data, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity does not occur. From the results of the F test stated that the variables of leadership, work environment and work coordination determine simultaneous and significant impact on employee performance at the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom with a Fcount of 126.690> Ftable 3.101 and a significant value of 0.000 ttable 1.988 significant value 0.000 t table1.988 and a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly competitive, so that companies are required to be able to control business activities better than competing companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in terms of financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are liquidity ratios, solvability ratio, and profitability ratio. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. The research data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study can be seen from the calculation of the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio at PT Indosat Tbk, PT XL Axiata Tbk, and PT Smartfren Tbk from 2017-2019 showing poor performance, while the solvency ratio and Net Profit Margin at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is already in good condition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial Electronic word of mouth, Gaya Hidup dan Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang Jasa Go-Food. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. Populasinya diketahui sebanyak 63 orang, peneliti menggunakan semua populasi sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel Electronic word of mouth, dan Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Sedangkan variabel Gaya hidup secara terpisah tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Electronic word of mouth, dan Kepuasan pelanggan dapat meningkatkan minat beli ulang. Kata kunci : Electronic word of mouth, Gaya Hidup, Kepuasan pelanggan, Minat beli ulang

Abstract

The research purpose was determined the effect of intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and motivation on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta City. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teachers of Vocational High School in Surakarta City. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) intellectual ability, discipline, supervision, and work motivation are simultaneously have a significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 2) Intellectual abilities has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 3) Discipline has a significant effect on vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in the Surakarta city. 4) Work motivation has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta City. 5) Supervision has significant effect on the vocational high school teachers’ professionalism in Surakarta.
