Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, using a correlation approach. The population in this research is employees at PT. Tirta Investama AQUA MANADO. The research sample consisted of the entire population, namely 47 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire instrument. The results of the research on the t test show that the value of tcount is 6,075 > sig 0,076, which means that there is a significant and positive influence of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on Employee Performance.
