The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred worldwide has limited community activities due toregulations issued by the government that require the implementation of large-scale socialrestrictions. These social restrictions have impacted the learning system, which has been shifted toan online system. Student activities that have shifted online can affect eating patterns and physicalactivity. This research aims to describe students' eating patterns and physical activity at theFaculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Satya Wacana Christian University during theCOVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross-sectionalapproach. Data was obtained by filling out FFQ and GPAQ questionnaires, which were filled outindependently by respondents. The research respondents were 86 people selected using a simplerandom sampling technique. The results showed that respondents obtained a source ofcarbohydrates from rice with a frequency of 17.94 ± 4.12 times per week, a source of animalprotein from beef with a frequency of 1.08 ± 0.83 times per week, and chicken meat was consumed6.28 ± 6.22 times per week, and chicken eggs were consumed 4.69 ± 4.65 times per week.Meanwhile, consumption of vegetables and fruit among students tends to be low, and consumption of drinks and snacks among students tends to be low. As many as 50% of students at the Faculty ofMedicine and Health Sciences at Satya Wacana Christian University have low-intensity physicalactivity. The research concluded that students at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciencesat Satya Wacana Christian University still did not comply with the guidelines for balancednutrition and experienced decreased physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: Physical activity, food intake, frequency of consumption, eating patterns, COVID-19pandemic.
