<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has affected various industrial sectors around the world; one of the industries that have had asignificant impact is tourism. In line with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the government is also trying to prevent thespread of the pandemic by making various policies, such as working together between ministries to make health protocolpolicies for tourism activities, especially MICE. As a follow-up to the health protocol, the government issued arecommendation letter which will be a tool for the legality of organizing MICE activities, including exhibition activities. Thisstudy aims to find out the procedure for obtaining recommendations for organizing KIM Investment Expo 2021. The methodsused in the research were observation, documentation through archives and reports, as well as interviews with the organizingBoard of Directors, namely PT Antheus Indonesia Organizer. The results of this study show that KIM Investment Expoexhibition has received recommendations for implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic through the stage of identifyingrequirements, checking the completeness of documents until the approval of the implementation of KIM Investment Expo2022 by the relevant institutes.Keyword: MICE, Pandemic, Procedure, Exhibition, Legality.ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi berbagai sektor industri di seluruh dunia, salah satu industri yang memiliki dampaksignifikan adalah pariwisata. Sejalan dengan dampak dari pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah juga berupaya untuk melakukanpencegahan penyebaran pandemi dengan membuat berbagai kebijakan seperti bekerja sama antar kementerian untuk membuatkebijakan protokol kesehatan untuk kegiatan pariwisata, khususnya MICE. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari protokol kesehatantersebut, pemerintah mengeluarkan surat rekomendasi yang akan menjadi alat legalitas penyelenggaraan kegiatan MICE,termasuk kegiatan pameran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur memperoleh rekomendasi penyelenggaraanpameran KIM Investment Expo 2021. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi,dokumentasi melalui arsip dan laporan, serta wawancara dengan Board of Director penyelenggara yaitu PT Antheus IndonesiaOrganizer.
