<![CDATA[Yayasan Prestasi Utama is an educational institution that conducts a New Student Admission (PPDB) process every year. The admission process, which is still carried out manually, has led to several problems, such as prospective students being required to come directly to the school to register, inefficient data archiving processes, and difficulties faced by school administrators in managing and recapitulating applicant data. This research aims to design an online PPDB website for Yayasan Prestasi Utama to simplify the new student registration process and the management of registration data. The method used in designing this system is the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, a design approach that focuses on user needs and characteristics at every stage of development, resulting in a system that aligns with end-user requirements. The website was built using the PHP programming language with Visual Studio Code as the code editor. The result of this research is an online PPDB website with two access levels, namely admin and prospective students. The admin can manage registration data, verify documents, and recapitulate prospective student data, while prospective students can register online, upload required documents, and monitor their registration status in real time. With this online PPDB website, it is expected to simplify the new student admission process, improve the efficiency of admin work, and provide easier access for prospective students and parents in the registration process.]]>
