Abstract Patient satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the quality of hospital services because it reflects the extent to which the services provided are able to meet patient expectations and needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on outpatient satisfaction at Kalideres Regional General Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design carried out in 2025 with a total of 100 outpatient respondents selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. Data collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Three Box Method and logistic regression, the results of which show that the quality of outpatient services at Kalideres Regional General Hospital is in the high category with an average index value of 92.65%, where the tangible evidence indicator obtained an index value of 88.63%, empathy of 95.13%, reliability of 90.13%, responsiveness of 94.38%, and assurance of 95.13%, all of which are included in the high category. Furthermore, outpatient satisfaction was also high, with index values for timeliness of 94.81%, politeness and intimidation in service of 95.66%, and responsibility of 95.00%, indicating that the majority of patients were satisfied with the service they received. Statistical testing showed a significance value of p-value = 0.0657 > 0.05, thus concluding that service quality does not significantly influence outpatient satisfaction at Kalideres Regional Hospital. Therefore, the hospital is still advised to continuously evaluate and improve service quality to enhance service quality and patient experience.
