Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menjawab permasalahan yang terjadidi Pusat Koperasi Kodam-IV/Diponegoro, yang menunjukkan terjadinya kecenderungan penurunankinerja penjualan selama tahun 2006 – 2010. Kinerja Penjualan yang menurun tersebutdapat merjadi indikasi bahwa kinerja penjualan di Pusat Koperasi Kodam-IV/Diponegoro jugamenurun. Hasil telaah pustaka yang dilakukan mengarahkan peneliti untuk menguji pengaruhorientasi pembelajaran, sistem kontrol terhadap kompetensi tenaga penjualan dan kompetensitenaga penjualan terhadap kinerja penjualan.Data mengenai orientasi pembelajaran, sistem kontrol, kompetensi tenaga penjualan dan kinerjapenjualan diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang telah tersusun tersebutselanjutnya disebarkan kepada 55 responden manajer koperasi. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnyadianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknyapengaruh dari masing- masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan, secara statistik dapat dibuktikan bahwa orientasi pembelajaran,sistem kontrol memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi tenaga penjualandan kompetensi tenaga penjualan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadapkinerja penjualan. Dimana, kompetensi tenaga penjualan memiliki pengaruh yang paling besarsehingga implikasi kebijakan yang dijalankan harus difokuskan pada peningkatan kompetensitenaga penjualan.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the urgency of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting contemporary military operations. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing related literature, government policies, and case studies of AI applications in the military domain. The research findings indicate that AI has the potential to significantly enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of military operations. The application of AI can encompass various fields such as intelligence analysis, mission planning, weapons system control, logistics, and training simulation. However, the development and implementation of AI must also consider ethical, security, and regulatory aspects.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the smart defense 5.0 concept in order to secure the Indonesian Capital City (IKN). This research was conducted through an in-depth literature study of various sources, including government documents, scientific publications, and media reports. Qualitative descriptive methods were used to analyze the data obtained. The results of the study indicate that the smart defense 5.0 concept has enormous potential in improving the security of the IKN by integrating information technology and artificial intelligence. However, the implementation of this concept still faces a number of challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, coordination between institutions and human resource readiness. This study provides policy recommendations to accelerate and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of smart defense 5.0 in the IKN.
