Abstract

Employee work productivity is a crucial aspect of maintaining a company's operational performance, particularly in the manufacturing sector, such as at CV. GTT (Gudange Tahu Takwa) in Ngasem, Kediri. However, dynamics regarding work capability, interpersonal communication effectiveness, and fluctuations in work motivation often act as obstacles to achieving optimal productivity targets. This study aims to analyze the influence of work capability, communication, and work motivation both individually and simultaneously on employee work productivity at CV. GTT Ngasem, Kediri. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of employees. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests (partial) and F-tests (simultaneous). The results indicate that work capability, communication, and work motivation both collectively and independently exert a positive and significant influence on enhancing employee work productivity. These variables proved to be key determinants in optimizing the company's operational performance. Enhancing work capability, improving organizational communication, and strengthening work motivation contribute significantly to boosting employee productivity. The practical implications of these findings suggest that management should place greater emphasis on capacity building and fostering employee motivation to achieve sustainable work efficiency.
