This study was motivated by the use of learning evaluations that are still predominantly conventional, limited to monotonous forms of questions, and provide less interactive evaluation experiences for students. Such conditions may cause students to become bored, less motivated, and less actively involved in learning activities. This issue is particularly important in the topic of Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle, which emphasizes not only conceptual understanding but also the values of cooperation, togetherness, caring, and shared responsibility. Therefore, innovation in technology-based learning evaluation is needed to provide a more engaging and interactive experience and encourage students’ learning activeness. This study aimed to develop a website-based learning evaluation media using Zep Quiz for fourth-grade students on the topic of Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle, determine the feasibility and practicality of the media, and examine its effectiveness in improving students’ learning activeness. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the Zep Quiz-based learning evaluation media was categorized as highly feasible based on the validation results from media experts, material experts, language experts, and evaluation experts. Teacher and student responses to the use of the media were categorized as very good, indicating that the media was practical for use in the learning process. The results of the measurement of students’ learning activeness also showed an increase after the use of Zep Quiz. Therefore, the Zep Quiz-based learning evaluation media can be used as an alternative digital evaluation media that is interactive and engaging and can support the improvement of students’ learning activeness in the topic of Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle.
