Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven the transformation of banking services through mobile banking applications, one of which is the Wondr by BNI application. This application was developed to provide users with convenience in conducting various digital banking transactions. However, users still provide feedback regarding the application's ease of use, performance, and overall user experience. Therefore, this study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the Wondr by BNI application based on its usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 400 respondents who were users of the Wondr by BNI application in Jambi City. The respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statisticsto perform validity and reliability tests, followed by the calculation of the overall System Usability Scale (SUS) score. The results showed that the Wondr by BNI application obtained an average SUS score of 69.89. Based on the SUS interpretation, this score falls into the Acceptable category, achieves Grade C, and is classified as Good according to the Adjective Rating scale. In addition, the score is above the average SUS benchmark of 68, indicating that the usability level of the Wondr by BNI application is Above Average. These findings indicate that the application has a good level of usability and is generally accepted by users in supporting various digital banking activities. The results of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material for the application developers to maintain the application's usability quality and continuously improve its features and services to enhance user experience.
