Abstract

Di era globalisasi, Sistem Informasi telah digunakan oleh banyak  pihak, mulai dari tingkat organisasi, lembaga pendidikan hingga instansi baik swasta ataupun pemerintahan. Sistem Informasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan untuk membantu pihak manajemen dalam mengabil keputusan dan pembuatan laporan. Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Jambi salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki sadar tentang informasi dan teknologi. Namun layanan administrasi penerimaan negara bukan pajak bagi pengunjung masih menggunakan sistem konvensional. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan administrasi yang lambat dan pengunjung masih kurang efektif. Masih ada kesalahan dalam memproses informasi dan laporan yang tidak tepat waktu. Diharapkan Sistem Informasi yang akan dirancang ini dapat mengoptimalkan kebutuhan Informasi di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Jambi.  Aplikasi yang didasarkan dari Visual basi.Net. ini bertujuan untuk mengelola waktu secara efisien, membuat data diproses secara akurat, dan efisien dalam laporan.

Abstract

Jaya Buana Motor is a trading business engaged in the sale of car spare parts. the sales and inventory transaction system owned by Jaya Buana Motor is still manual by making notes in the agenda book and also using cash notes. So that it causes problems that occur, the store has difficulty in recaping sales data, it is difficult to know the amount of stock quickly and accurately, errors in recording sales transactions occur frequently, and there are missing notes. This study aims to analyze the system that is running at Jaya Buana Motor Jambi in order to find out existing problems and find solutions and design a sales and inventory information system that helps record spare parts sales transactions to report reports. The research uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database and the waterfall system development method. This research has stages, namely problem identification, literature study, data collection, system analysis, system development and reporting of research results. The results of this system design can help Jaya Buana Motor Jambi in recording sales transactions to reporting reports, and can minimize the occurrence of calculation errors.

Abstract

The Simpang Terusan Village Office is one of the government agencies tasked with carrying out Village Government activities, community empowerment, serving the community and maintaining public service infrastructure and facilities as well as fostering community institutions at the village level. The Simpang Terusan Village Office, apparently, does not yet have a mature enterprise architecture plan and has the desire to have an Enterprise Architecture. Without an information system strategic plan or mature Enterprise Architecture, the application of IS/IT at the Simpang Terusan Village Office will have an impact on less than optimal services provided to the community. This study aims to make an enterprise architecture plan using TOGAF ADM and test the information system architecture plan using an enterprise architecture score-card to find out whether the EA design that has been made is valid enough, so testing is needed. The research method in collecting data is to conduct interviews, observation, and document analysis. research results are made into research reports that can provide a complete picture of the system being built or the results of information system architecture planning using the designed TOGAF ADM, produce a blueprint as a guide for building an integrated information system consisting of 13 proposed applications and enterprise architecture planning that has been tested for feasibility using the EA-Scorecard method for each score calculation, namely business architecture 69%, data architecture 57%, application architecture 52%, technology architecture 61%. It can be stated that the recommendations for enterprise architecture planning at the Simpang Terusan Village Office are declared valid.

Abstract

The JKN BPJS Mobile Application is a solution to provide more efficient access to JKN BPJS participants in managing health information and services. The focus of this application is to make it easier for participants to access health services and information, while increasing the Efficiency of health insurance management. The importance of the quality of this application service is the key to a satisfying and effective user experience. According to data on the Play Store, even though the Mobile JKN application has been downloaded more than 10 million times, there is still user dissatisfaction which is reflected in various reviews. Some issues include navigation difficulties, lack of guidance, and difficulty getting support when encountering problems. This research aims to analyze service quality and determine the influence of the quality of the JKN Mobile Application service using the E-Servqual method for users in Jambi City. The E-Servqual method includes 7 variables, namely: Efficiency, Fulfillment, Reliability, Privacy , Responsiveness, Compensation and Contact . Data was taken by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents who were users of the JKN Mobile Application in Jambi City. Data management in this research uses IBM SPSS version 25.0 software. The results of this research show that of the seven E-Servqual variables, four variables have a significant effect, namely the Efficiency, Fulfillment, Privacy and Contact variables, while the Reliability, Responsiveness and Compensation variables do not have a significant effect on User Satisfaction.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dan civitas akademika untuk kemajuan generasi bangsa dalam rangka mencerdaskan dan beretika digital bagi remaja Indonesia. Kurangnya kecakapan digital dalam menggunakan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak menimbulkan penggunaan media digital yang tidak optimal. Lemahnya budaya digital bisa memunculkan pelanggaran terhadap hak digital warga. Rendahnya etika digital berpeluang menciptakan ruang digital yang tidak menyenangkan karena terdapat banyak konten negatif. Rapuhnya keamanan digital berpotensi terhadap kebocoran data pribadi maupun penipuan digital Atas dasar itulah penulis akan melakukan pelatihan literasi digital dengan tema etika digital untuk siswa dan siswi pada SMA N 13 Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Digital Marketing merupakan praktik dari memasarkan atau mempromosikan sebuah produk dan jasa menggunakan saluran digital melalui komputer, telepon genggam, smart phone dan media digital lain. Pentingnya digital marketing untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berwirausaha menggunakan media digital. Tingginya tingkat pengangguran saat ini salah satunya adalah kurangnya pembekalan keterampilan siswa siswi lulusan SMA sehingga tidak dapat diaplikasikan pada pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan serta kemampuan bagi siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 Kota Jambi di bidang digital marketing. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah atau presentasi, praktek dan diskusi. Kegiatan pelatihan dibagi menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu pertama presentasi mengenai digital marketing beserta aplikasi-aplikasi yang dapat digunakan, bagian kedua praktek penggunaan media sosial untuk digital marketing dan diskusi. Ketiga akan dilakukan latihan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan siswa siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 Kota Jambi di bidang digital marketing.

Abstract

The highly volatile price of Bitcoin makes it difficult for financial market players. This research aims to build a Bitcoin daily closing price prediction model using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network. Bitcoin price data from January 1, 2014 to May 9, 2025 was taken from Yahoo Finance, normalized with MinMaxScaler, and divided into 80% training data and 20% testing data. The LSTM model, which consists of two LSTM layers (50 units each) and two dense layers, was trained with Adam optimization and mean squared error loss function. The model uses the 60-day price sequence to predict the next day's price. The evaluation results show high accuracy with Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) 105.80, Mean Squared Error (MSE) 2,822,880.74, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) 1,103.42, and R-squared (R²) 0.995. This model becomes one of the reliable prediction tools for financial decisions using historical data. This research enriches machine learning-based bitcoin price prediction solutions.

Abstract

Accreditation is the awarding of a predicate to a school with the aim of improving and also obtaining an overview of development, quality improvement and determining a school as an education provider. School accreditation is an important factor in improving the quality of education. Assessments are also carried out systematically and comprehensively by passing evaluations by authorized institutions. Schools will get an accreditation title if they meet predetermined standards. Classification is one of the data mining techniques that can be used in the process of classifying school accreditation. The test was carried out by using 2 options tests, namely the Use Training Set and 10 Fold Validation. Data testing with the best percentage is 99% using the Use Training Set. Therefore the Naïve Bayes algorithm is an algorithm that is quite effective and good in calculations and final results.
