Abstract

The structure of this study was designed to determine the impact of the work environment and the dynamics of employee relationships on job satisfaction levels at UD Fatiyah Putri in Maros Regency. Using a quantitative approach, primary data was collected via a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that, both individually (partially) and collectively (simultaneously), the work environment and inter-employee relationships have a significant and meaningful influence on employees’ job satisfaction levels, as evidenced by the t-test and F-test statistical values that meet the significance criteria. Furthermore, the magnitude of these effects indicates the extent to which the independent variables influence job satisfaction, as measured by the coefficient of determination (R²). In conclusion, the creation of a conducive work environment and conditions, along with good relationships among coworkers, has been proven to boost employee job satisfaction at UD Fatiyah Putri in Maros.
