Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of digital transformation based on Islamic values in the development of Ayam Geprek Sa’i Kepanjen MSMEs. A qualitative approach was employed using semi-structured interviews with the Head Store, supervisor, employees, and customers. The findings show that digital transformation through social media, online food delivery services, and digital promotion has expanded market reach, improved service quality, and attracted customers. The implementation of Islamic values, including honesty, trustworthiness (amanah), friendly service, halal product quality, and social responsibility, has strengthened customer trust and loyalty. A unique finding is the integration of an Islamic work culture through congregational prayers, Qur’an recitation before work, Asmaul Husna, customer change donation programs, and the Palestine Package, which allocates part of its sales revenue to humanitarian donations. The integration of digital technology and Islamic business ethics enhances business image, competitiveness, and the sustainability of culinary MSMEs.
