Business sustainability is a concept that makes business not only beneficial to the economy, but also the environment and people's lives. One of the indicators in business sustainability is the optimization of business performance. Student business startups are businesses run by students that are expected to produce sustainable business performance. In order to support these achievements, it is necessary to improve performance through the implementation of Green HRM, focusing on the importance of human resource practices and entrepreneurial intentions possessed by students. The purpose of this study is to optimize business performance with the implementation of green HRM and entrepreneurial intentions in order to improve business sustainability for student entrepreneurs (Case Study, Students of UBis UniKL and Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta). H4 is accepted, because there is an influence of green HRM on business performance as a mediating variable. Similarly, H5 is also accepted, because there is an influence of business performance on student business sustainability. Meanwhile, H6 and H7 are not accepted because there is no indirect influence between entrepreneurial intention and student business sustainability through business performance as a mediating variable.
