Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal, lokasi usaha, dan kondisi tempat berdagang terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang di Pasar Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 87 responden, diambil menggunakan teknik convinience random sampling. Sedangkan metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi modal (X1), lokasi usaha (X2), kondisi tempat berdagang (X3), dan pendapatan pedagang (Y). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial modal (X1), lokasi usaha (X2), dan kondisi tempat berdagang (X3) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo.Kata kunci : modal, lokasi usaha, kondisi tempat berdagang, pendapatan pedagang

Abstract

Entrepreneurial development after graduating from college is very necessary for students so that businesses or businesses run by dapat are developed in a sustainable manner. Students after graduating college on average look for work and do not continue their efforts. The problem in student business is limited labor, timely service, still limited in the use of information technology in marketing and business premises or business. This makes the student's business or the business is unsustainable. The goal of this activity is to assist in the management and development of businesses run by students who have advantages and are capable of creating jobs and trying to assist the government in its efforts to reduce joblessness. Entrepreneurial development's outcomes activities produced by 6 (six) Indonesian students after graduating from college can continue and develop their business. Abstract

his research was conducted aiming to find a model of developing entrepreneurship training through a Project Based Learning approach based on contextual business problems, applying planned businesses in real terms. This model is expected to be a form of community based education (fostering active participation of students in education and training) that is able to form new entrepreneurs to benefit, create jobs to reduce unemployment and poverty in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods with a simulation observation research strategy. Observations were made on student business pilot groups, each group consisting of 4-5 students taking the Entrepreneurship course. The results obtained by the development model of entrepreneurship training in students. From the results of the entrepreneurship mapping, students can plan businesses according to their interests and expertise and through the training development model students can solve problems in business plans related to leadership, courage in taking risks, perseverance to focus on doing work, the level of discipline so students can successfully build businesses new business. Abstract

Selama lesunya ekonomi global maupun regional, peningkatan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara ke Indonesia memberikan angin segar jika pariwisata dapat dijadikan ujung tombak untuk meningkatkan devisa negara. Badan pusat statistik melihat jumlah wisatawan luar selama periode 2015 tumbuh, 3,12% menjadi 9,73 juta dibandingkan tahun lalu. Pemerintah juga telah menjadikan bahwa industri pariwisata menjadi salah satu dari lima sektor unggulan pemerintah yang mendatangkan devisa Salah satu wisata budaya di Indonesia yang terletak di kabupaten Syams. Salah satunya adalah museum manusia purba Sangiran. Kata museum berasal dari bahasa Yunani "museum" yang berarti kuil dewi (muses). Muses itu sendiri berarti kebijaksanaan, pemikiran, dan kreativitas. Untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan situs Sangiran dalam kondisi alam, sampai prosedur pengambilan informasi dicoba dengan pengamatan, dokumentasi, pencarian, dan studi perpustakaan. Hasil pengamatan studi kasus ini berada di dua kecamatan termasuk Kecamatan Syamsy dan KAranganyar, dengan luas 59,21 kilometer persegi (persegi). Situs Sangiran meliputi empat wilayah administrasi yaitu Kalijambe, Gemolong, dan Plupuh milik Kabupaten Sragen, serta wilayah Gondangrejo milik Kabupaten Karanganyar (Simanjuntak, et al., 1998). Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to discuss the impact of socialization about organizational goals and career development on intention to change jobs with coaching and career development as a moderating role.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research data were obtained from public companies involved in providing products and services to their customers. There were 400 respondents selected to be given a questionnaire that included closed questions, and 378 questionnaires were selected for further analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Both differentiation and regression studies were employed in evaluating the relationship between the independent and dependent variables by SPSS software.Research findings: The results of this study revealed that there was a positive relationship between organizational socialization and career development. Besides, it was also found that there was a negative relationship between the purpose of structural socialization and the intention of changing jobs. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The moderating role of coaching and employee progress strengthens the relationship between organizational socialization and career development. This study uncovered that the organizational socialization component was closely related and consistently increased employee loyalty.Practitioner/Policy implication: The results of this study are good news for managers because the board of directors has a very significant role in socializing the organization.Research limitation/Implication: The scope of this research itself is relative and insignificant due to the limited number of samples. Thus, expanding the sample size and adding a wider area will be able to strengthen the results of this study. New research should be designed to investigate various career development programs that can increase employee loyalty so that it is not easy to change jobs. Organizational managers are also encouraged to innovate in creating and supporting employee career development, especially for novice employees, by providing various experiences to facilitate their career development.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi di STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Sistem Informasi mempunyai banyak sebaran mata kuliah. Teori Organisasi Umum adalah mata kuliah sebagai lanjutan dari mata kuliah Pengantar Manajemen. Mata kuliah ini diberikan kepada mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi semester III. Minat dan motivasi mahasiswa Sistem Informasi mengikutiperkuliahan Teori Organisasi Umum cukup rendah. Berdasarkan pengalaman sebelumnya, mahasiswa pasif di kelas, mengikuti perkuliahan sekedar formalitas, dan nilai yang didapat kurang memuaskan.Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat dirumuskan suatu masalah yaitu bagaimana cara menganalisis, merancang dan membangun animasi materi-materi dari matakuliah teori organisasi umum menjadi suatu materi yang menarik, inovatif dan merangsang minat dan motivasi bagi mahasiswa khususnya program studi Sistem Informasi semester III. Perancangan menggunakan teknik animasi 2 dimensi dengan bahasa pemrograman.action script 3.0. Rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dalampengembangan sistem ini berdasarkan metodologi diantaranya adalah Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. Hasilnya CD materi Komunikasi dalam bentuk file autoplay yang siap untuk dioperasikan dan digandakan untuk publikasi.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia saat ini sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat khususnya ekonomi, dampak tersebut sangat dialami oleh seorang debitur dalam melakukan kewajiban permbayaran kredit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui mengenai perlindungan hukum bagi Debitur penerima fasilitas kredit di masa pandemic covid 19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian hukum Sosiologis atau empiris, serta lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Bank Sinarmas dan Dirjen Perundingan Perdagangan. Teknik Pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, dan Studi Pustaka. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan Kualitatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu, Reduksi Data (Data Reduction), Penyajian Data (Data Display), Penarikan Kesimpulan (Verifikasi). Hasil penelitian yaitu bahwa untuk melindungi debitur penerima fasilitas kredit dimasa pandemic covid-19 ini, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan baik berupa kepres maupun keputusan OJK, sedangkan dari pihak lembaga perbankan, mereka sebagi pihak pelaksana dari kebijakan yang dibut oleh pemerintah. Kesimpulan, pemerintah telah memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi debitur penerima fasilitas kredit, berupa Keputusan Presiden Nomor 12 Tahun 2020 tentang Penetapan Bencana Non-Alam Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Sebagai Bencana Nasional. Dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Di Sease 2019.selanjutnya pihak bank melaksanakan kebijakan tersebut dengan memberikan stimulus bagi debitur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer preferences about batik products and the effect of 4P (product, price, promotion, place) on marketing performance. The benefits of this research are known batik products that are preferred by consumers and the magnitude of the influence of 4P variables on marketing performance. Methods of data collection through direct observation, questionnaires, literature study and interviews, documentation of field research. The samples in this study were 10 batik entrepreneurs and 100 consumers who bought batik at the Masaran batik industry center. Data analysis methods through conjoint analysis to determine consumer preferences about batik and regression analysis to determine the relationship and influence of 4P on marketing performance. The results of this study are (a) performance: batik appears moderate and inconspicuous; traditional patterned/patterned features; washed not faded; motifs such as batik on the market; last 3-5 years; batik; soft color combination; have a brand; not made by a well-known businessman; enough quality and affordable prices. While the price (b) the price is below Rp. 50.000/picis; cash payment system; buy more than 3 picis get a discount; cheaper prices on the market. For promotion (c) making audio-visual advertisements on television/radio so they are more widely known by the public; sold using marketing personnel; no need to follow the event; no need to do CSR; the target of advertising is widely known by the people of Central Java. For distribution: (d) batik does not have to be sold in every shop in all regencies/cities in Indonesia; delivery of goods to the customer's address must be faster than promised; batik products are also sold through online stores; n batik products are sold in stores/outlets in Sragen and surrounding areas. The dominant variable influencing marketing performance is product, then price, distribution and promotion.

Abstract

Technological advancements related to Global Positioning System (GPS) have led to the growth of automated transport systems. The most innovative mode of traveling is a cab/taxi which can be booked through E-hailing apps using a smartphone. The adoption of digital and information technology has brought remarkable change in the expectations and wants of the users significantly. Previous study pointed that effectiveness and usefulness help in impacting the objective to adopt m-commerce. Perceived usefulness affects user adoption of mobile securities services. As already stated, the increasing growth in the adoption of the aggregator model in India has provided profitable opportunities to unorganized taxi operators as well. Thus, the need arises to view the intention of e-hailing application usage and subsequently their effect on the users of these apps. So the objective is to Study the users’ behavior intention towards e-hailing applications.

Abstract

Currently, the industry is growing rapidly both in variety and quantity in Indonesia. Each industry has the potential to produce waste resulting from its production process. All parts of the production process produce waste, both recyclable and non-berguna.PT waste. Astra Honda Motor Indonesia produces hazardous and toxic waste from production process activities and can potentially become a pollutant for the environment if not managed properly. Raw materials used in PT. AHM Plant 1 to produce motorcycles is Aluminum Ingot and Plastic Ore so that waste is produced by the rest of the production from PT. Astra Honda Motor Indonesia itself in the form of ash, coolant, scrap aluminum, paint crust, die lube, gases. Pt. Astra Honda Motor Indonesia manages waste management well so that it does not pollute the environment.
