Abstract

The development of digital technology provides opportunities for Christian Religious Education (CRE) but also presents ethical challenges, particularly cyberbullying among high school students. Digital bullying can affect the social and moral well-being of both victims and perpetrators, highlighting the need for learning that equips students with understanding, ethical awareness, and responsibility in using digital media. This study aims to formulate a conceptual framework for an anti-cyberbullying learning module grounded in Christian Religious Education for high school students. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were obtained through a review of books, scholarly journal articles, research findings, and other academic sources relevant to Christian Religious Education, digital ethics, cyberbullying, and character education. The findings indicate that the module framework should include an understanding of cyberbullying and its impacts, digital communication ethics, prevention strategies, and Christian values such as love, forgiveness, responsibility, justice, and respect for human dignity. The novelty of this study lies in the systematic integration of digital ethics and Christian values into anti-cyberbullying learning.
