Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) remain a major health concern requiring attention through promotive, preventive, and early detection efforts at the community level. Low public awareness regarding routine health examinations may result in NCD risk factors remaining undetected at early stages. This community service aimed to increase the awareness of PKK members in Tumiyang Village regarding NCD prevention through health education and early identification of risk factors. The activity was conducted on August 8, 2026, at the Tumiyang Village Hall, Banyumas Regency, targeting PKK members. It employed an educational and participatory approach through delivering materials on NCDs and healthy lifestyle implementations, followed by health screening including blood pressure, random blood glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid. Evaluation was conducted by observing participant engagement and descriptively analyzing the health examination results. A total of 41 participants underwent the screening. The results showed that 22 participants (53.7%) had high blood pressure, 2 participants (4.9%) had high random blood glucose, 25 participants (61.0%) had high cholesterol, and 25 participants (61.0%) had high uric acid levels. During the activity, 10 participants actively asked questions, and all completed the program. The results indicate that integrating health education with screening serves as an effective promotive and preventive approach to increase community awareness of NCD risk factors. These screening findings can serve as a reference for participants for routine health monitoring, adopting healthy lifestyles, and supporting follow-up Posbindu NCD activities.
