Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate an interactive e-module based on the discovery learning model for social studies learning in Grade VII at SMPN 2 Nan Sabaris. The study used a research and development (R&D) approach based on the 4-D model, limited to the define, design, and development stages. Six experts assessed product validity, while teacher and student questionnaires evaluated practicality and learning tests evaluated effectiveness. The findings showed that the developed e-module was valid, with an overall validity score of 86.45%. The material aspect obtained 84.09%, the language aspect reached 90.97%, and the design aspect achieved 84.16%. These results indicate that the developed e-module is appropriate in content, language clarity, and visual design and can support interactive social studies learning.
