Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of review quality, review valence, and review volume on the visiting interest of potential tourists at the Batur Geopark Museum, Kintamani, Bangli. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of tourists who had previously viewed or read reviews of the Batur Geopark Museum on Google Reviews. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, involving 130 respondents who met the research criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that review quality had a positive and significant effect on visiting interest, with a regression coefficient of 0.449, a t-value of 5.866, and a significance value of 0.000. Review valence also had a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.373, a t-value of 3.505, and a significance value of 0.001. Review volume had a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.235, a t-value of 2.218, and a significance value of 0.028. Simultaneously, review quality, review valence, and review volume had a positive and significant effect on visiting interest, with an F-value of 115.677 and a significance value of 0.000. These three variables contributed 72.7% to visiting interest, with review quality having the strongest influence.
