Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen business identity and support digital payment adoption among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rempang Eco City through branding assistance and QRIS facilitation. The problems identified included limited visual business identity, inadequate or outdated banners, and the limited use of digital payment systems. The activity employed a needs-based assistance approach consisting of observation, problem identification, banner design and renewal, data collection and QRIS registration assistance, and the delivery of outputs to MSME owners. Six MSMEs with different needs and business characteristics participated in the activity. The results showed that five MSMEs received new or renewed banners to strengthen their business identity and promotional activities, while three MSMEs received QRIS registration assistance based on their needs and willingness to adopt digital payments. The activity produced tangible outputs in the form of more informative promotional media and alternative digital payment facilities for participating MSMEs. These results indicate that needs-based assistance can serve as an initial step in strengthening MSME capacity in terms of business identity and adaptation to the development of digital payment systems. However, this activity did not quantitatively measure changes in sales turnover, customer numbers, or the frequency of QRIS transactions. Therefore, further assistance is needed to optimize the sustainable use of branding and digital payment systems.
