Abstract

Employee well-being and job satisfaction are important concerns in demanding work environments. This study examines the relationships of work-life balance and the work environment with work stress and job satisfaction among 72 employees of PT Arta Boga Cemerlang, East Java Branch. Using a cross-sectional census design, questionnaire data were analyzed with PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4. The model explained 56.8% of work stress and 70.2% of job satisfaction, and all five direct relationships were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The findings highlight the importance of work-life balance and supportive work environments in organizational employee-support strategies.
