Abstract

Abstract: Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of achievement motivation. Organizational climate and job satisfaction as well as the indirect effect of organizational climate, achievement motivation on the performance of employees throught job satisfaction. By purposive random sampling amounting 103 teacher. The result showed that all paths are significant. The path to the value of X1 to X3 0.042,the path to the value of X2 to X3 0.005, the path to the value of X1 to X4 0.045,  the path to the value of X2 to X4  0.000 and the path to the value of X3 to X4 0.022. With indirect influence that has the greatest values is the value is the influence of achievement motivation on employee performance throught employee satisfaction by 0.094 Keyword: Organizational Climate, Motivation, Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of motivation, discipline to organizational commitment, and examine the effect of indirect motivation, discipline on performance through organizational commitment. The sample was 150 employees of PDAM Malang which is using simple random sampling. The research proves that there is a significant influence between motivation, organizational commitment and discipline to performance. While the indirect effect of motivation on performance through organizational commitment results obtained by (P1 X P3) = 0.477 x 0.159 = 0.0758, whereas the indirect influence between disciplines working on performance through organizational commitment is equal to (P2 x P4) = 0.186 x 0.199 = 0.0370. It conclude that the greatest influence is indirect effect of motivation on performance through organizational commitment. Keywords: motivation, discipline, organizational commitment, performance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia menujukkan perkembangan yang pesat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan dari hasil proyeksi bahwa selama dua puluh lima tahun mendatang terus meningkat yaitu dari 205,1 juta pada tahun 2000 menjadi 273,2 juta pada tahun 2025 (www.datastatistik-indonesia.com). Hal ini akan menimbulkan banyak sekali masalah misalnya masalah pengangguran, meningkatnya tingkat kemiskinan, kesehatan masyarakat yaitu penyebaran penyakit menular, gizi balita yang kurang baik, dll. Kondisi yang demikian memerlukan adanya suatu usaha dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Posdaya yaitu Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga. Pembentukan keluarga yang berkualitas tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pihak pemerintah saja melainkan juga diperlukan adanya partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat, jadi perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Posdaya merupakan salah satu terobosan yang sangat baik dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Posdaya adalah forum kebersamaan yang anggotanya melakukan aktivitas nyata dalam gerakan pembangunan di lingkungan pemukiman yang paling bawah, yaitu tingkat RT, RW, dukuh atau dusun. Dengan adanya Posdaya yang memperdayakan masyarakat langsung sebagai subyeknya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan baik dalam bidang ekonomi, lingkungan, pendidikan, kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran atau deskripsi masyarakat tentang motivasi, persepsi, dan empati masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya, (2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan atau kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya. Hasil penelitian dari 267 responden menujukkan bahwa motivasi merencanakan yang menyatakan setuju 52,4%, motivasi melaksanakan yang menyatakan setuju 55,4%, motivasi evaluasi yang menyatakan setuju 63,3%.  Sedangkan peubah persepsi positif terhadap program posdaya yang menyatakan setuju 62.5%, persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran aktif yang menyatakan setuju 60,7% dan fungsi keluarga yang menyatakan setuju 67,8. Selanjutnya peubah empati yaitu perhatian terhadap kegiatan Posdaya yang menyatakan setuju 68,9% dan empati  kepedulian sikap untuk memberikan perhatian terhadap sesama maupun lingkungan sebanyak 62,5%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran  efeksi, motivasi, komitmen mahasiwa terhadap kegiatan Posdaya dan Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiwa dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 36 mahasisawa yang terdiri dari mahasiswa coordinator serta mahasiswa pendamping Posdaya Mahasiswa STIE Malangkucecwara Malang  dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel : simple random sampling. Setelah dilakukan uji statistic deskriptif menujukkan bahwa variabel-variabel efikasi diri, motivasi, dan komitmen mahasiswa menujukkan hasil yang positif, artinya mahasiswa mempunyai kemampuan serta kemauan yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Sedangkan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi terutama masalah waktu dapat diatasi dengan melakukan koordinasi antara dosen pengajar dengan Ketu Program Pelaksanaan Posdaya dengan menujukkan bukti bahwa mahasiswa yang bersangkutan melakukan kegiatan Posdaya. Kata kunci: Posdaya, efikasi diri,motivasi, komitmen

Abstract

The role of women at this time have a big impact for domestic life, because besides in addition to family income but also can improve the welfare of the family. Therefore increased participation of women working to help the economy. It greatly affects the mothers role in the economic life, other than that the woman also has a dual role, namely as the role of mother and wife in the household and the role of women in work that does not interfere with family life. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to find out the direct effect between job rotation, work stress towards job satisfaction, and to find out the indirect effect between job rotation, work stress towards organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population was 52 respondent of banking employees. The results of this study provided evidence that there was a significant effect between job rotation towards job satisfaction, work stress towards job satisfaction, and job rotation towards organizational commitment; whereas between work stress towards organizational commitment, and job satisfaction towards organizational commitment showed the insignificant effect.

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a direct influence between emotional intelligence, job satisfaction on organizational commitment and the indirect effect between emotional intelligence on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. This research was conducted by all employees of PT. Digital Netwerk Venture Indonesia, which numbered 117 employees, and this study uses a correlational quantitative research method and uses a validity test, reliability test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees at PT. Digital Netwerk Venture Indonesia. Furthermore emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, the results of this study also prove that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. That means that Emotional Intelligence indirectly influences Organizational Commitment through Employee Satisfaction at PT. Digital Netwerk Venture Indonesia.

Abstract

Background - Human resources are an important factor in an organization and must be of good quality, that is to have a competent spirit and also perform well. The existing commitment in employees towards the organization is an important instrument for improving employee performance. Organizational culture is a need to be developed in an organization with the aim to be able to overcome all problems that arise. Organizational culture can be said to be good when it can be proven by looking at employee turnover Aim - This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. Design / methodology / approach – This research belongs to exploratory field research to explain the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The number of respondents involved was 100 respondents, all of whom were employees at the One Stop Integrated Capital and Service Office in East Kalimantan. Research instruments using questionnaires, research analysis using path analysis. Finding – The results prove all paths in this path analysis are significant. Employees in the organization need an understanding of the culture in the organization so that performance increases while there is also an element of commitment that is a variable between the organizational culture and employee performance. Research Implication – In this study has the implication of providing direction for organizational behavior research by taking into account organizational factors and other individual factors that can improve employee performance in the organization. besides that, in subsequent studies can add the variable job satisfaction, motivation. Limitation – The limitation that can affect the results of this study is to use a questionnaire so that the possibility of researchers less anticipating respondents who just answered

Abstract

A conducive company will grow and develop by focusing on its human resources in the hope of optimally carrying out the function of its human resources. The objectives in this study are: (1) To examine the simultaneous effect between competence, employee career development and work motivation on employee performance? (2) To examine the simultaneous effect between competence, employee career development and work motivation on employee performance? The population in this study were civil servants in the Environment Research Center for Sweetener Crops and East Java Fiber as many as 171 employees. While the sample used in the study was 77 people. The results of the study show that there is a significant and simultaneous influence between competencies, career development and work motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, which has the greatest influence is the competence variable that is equal to 0.484.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the E-Filing system to Taxpayer Compliance. The population in this study is the small business unit in Batu District. The research sample is 80 taxpayers. the sampling method uses simple random sampling, the data analysis technique is using regression. The results showed that the first hypothesis namely the adoption of the E-Filling system against Taxpayer Compliance was accepted, In the second hypothesis Understanding Taxation of Taxpayer Compliance was accepted and the third hypothesis there was a significant effect of taxation sanctions on tax compliance.
