Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital literacy and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the performance of MSMEs in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector in Depok City. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative method, surveying 100 MSME owners selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 31. The results indicate that digital literacy and AI utilization have a positive and significant effect—both partially and simultaneously—on MSME performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.733 demonstrates that these two variables explain 73.3% of the variation in MSME performance. These findings suggest that enhancing digital literacy and utilizing AI play a crucial role in improving the performance of F&B sector MSMEs in Depok City.
