Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the village economy, including in Kendayakan Village. However, many MSME actors still do not possess a Business Identification Number (NIB), which limits their access to capital, legal protection, and government empowerment programs. This community service activity aimed to provide socialization and direct assistance to MSME actors in Kendayakan Village in the process of obtaining a NIB through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The activity was held on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, at 13.00 WIB, attended by 3 MSME actors, university students undertaking community service (KKM), and 2 resource persons on NIB, and was supervised by the Field Supervising Lecturer, Mrs. Leni Triana, S.E., M.M. The method consisted of preparation, socialization, online registration assistance, and evaluation. The results showed an improvement in participants' understanding of business legality and successful assistance in the NIB registration process. This activity is expected to be an initial step for MSME actors in Kendayakan Village to develop their businesses more legally, competitively, and sustainably.
