Abstract

Social media has many negative impacts because everyone uses it nowadays. Companies need to use this data to make faster decisions. This study examines how big data sentiment analysis can support sustainability. I conducted an in-depth review of research articles, following the PRISMA guidelines. I searched Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink and ended up with 20 good articles. I thoroughly examined them for key ideas, new points, and things that have not been thoroughly explored. I found that sentiment analysis of big data actually helps companies make decisions. It provides precise information about what customers are doing and thinking in real time. It turns out that sentiment analysis was originally a marketing tool, but is now used in various parts of the company. The problem is that companies are not utilizing sentiment analysis to make sustainable decisions that strike a balance between people and money. And the surroundings.
