Abstract

Assessment of bank soundness using the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) method is able to determine the state of a company's capital, because by looking at the CAR value investors can reduce losses and there are several previous studies that support CAR to have a positive effect on stock returns. However, what actually happened was that the soundness of state-owned banks using the CAR method on stock returns in 2015-2020 was not in accordance with the theory. This study analyzes the soundness of state-owned banks in terms of capital with a CAR ratio to investors' stock returns. The research method uses descriptive and verification methods using secondary data including the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and stock returns taken from the annual financial report data of each company and the IDX statistical annual report. The results of the research using descriptive method show that the capital element of each state-owned bank with a CAR ratio is in accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia. The results of the verification method show that the soundness of banks using the CAR method partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns in the state-owned bank sector.

Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is a topic of human resource empowerment that leads to sus-tainable systems and the environment. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the relation-ship between research on GHRM and sustainable environmental performance practices in a company as well as to find new information for further research. To achieve this goal, a bibliometric analysis method was used by collecting 838 research articles that had been published on Google Scholar and were in line with the research object. Bibliometric and overlay analysis carried out by observing the network formed from the to-pics of GHRM and environmental performance shows diverse relationships with various scientific disciplines, especially those related to human resources and companies. The link between GHRM and environmental performance began at the beginning of 2020. In the 3 years since the GHRM concept was presented, there has been an increase of 43.27% in the number of articles examining this topic. This shows that the sustainable concept with a green theme which symbolizes the environment has been implemented by various sectors by involving human resources in its implementation.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance leadership capacity and develop students’ self-confidence amid the challenges of globalization and technological advancement, which require the younger generation to possess high-quality human resources, both academically and non-academically. One important aspect that students need to develop is self-confidence as preparation for facing global competition. However, many students in Bantaragung Village still face limitations in self-development, communication skills, and the courage to express their opinions. Therefore, this community service activity seeks to provide human resource management mentoring for school students in order to improve their self-confidence and interpersonal skills. The implementation methods of this program included counseling sessions, training, interactive discussions, and direct mentoring for students. The materials delivered covered the introduction to human resource management, public speaking, soft skills development, learning motivation, leadership, as well as emotional management and positive mental attitudes. This activity involved school students as the main participants through a participatory approach, encouraging them to be more active in the learning process. The results of the program indicate that human resource management mentoring had a positive impact on increasing students’ self-confidence. Students became more courageous in communicating, more active in discussions, and more motivated to develop their personal potential. In addition, this activity helped students understand the importance of self-quality development as preparation for facing the challenges of globalization and future competition. Therefore, the human resource management mentoring program for school students in Bantaragung Village can serve as a strategic effort to shape a confident, independent, and globally competitive younger generation.

Abstract

Social media has many negative impacts because everyone uses it nowadays. Companies need to use this data to make faster decisions. This study examines how big data sentiment analysis can support sustainability. I conducted an in-depth review of research articles, following the PRISMA guidelines. I searched Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink and ended up with 20 good articles. I thoroughly examined them for key ideas, new points, and things that have not been thoroughly explored. I found that sentiment analysis of big data actually helps companies make decisions. It provides precise information about what customers are doing and thinking in real time. It turns out that sentiment analysis was originally a marketing tool, but is now used in various parts of the company. The problem is that companies are not utilizing sentiment analysis to make sustainable decisions that strike a balance between people and money. And the surroundings. Abstract

Media penyimpanan data saat ini seperti penggunaan harddisk eksternal serta penyimpanan berbasis online seperti Google drive, Dropbox dan lainnya memiliki keterbatasan pada potensi data hilang, kerusakan data, keterbatasan penyimpanan, serta biaya layanan yang mahal. Data akademik merupakan data yang perlu disimpan secara aman dan dapat digunakan secara bersama – sama. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan implementasi penyimpanan data secara online untuk data akademik yang memiliki kemampuan secara adaptif dapat diatur penyimpanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kapasitas penggunaan. Metode yang digunakan mengacu terhadap metode Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari analisis, desain, simulasi, implementasi, monitoring, dan manajemen data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media penyimpanan data berbasis komputasi awan menggunakan Nextcloud mampu digunakan secara bersama – sama untuk menyimpan data. Selain itu, hasil eval__uasi menunjukan bahwa performa sistem berjalan baik dengan parameter waktu unggah tercepat pada 0,17 detik dengan jumlah 100 thread yang digunakan.
