This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception and restaurant facilities—both individually and simultaneously—on guest satisfaction at Budi Sun Resort Maumere. The study was motivated by guest complaints regarding the alignment of food and beverage prices with the quality received, as well as suboptimal restaurant facility conditions and fluctuating visitor numbers between 2023 and 2025. A quantitative approach employing descriptive and verificative methods was used. The sample consisted of 80 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, alongside classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, utilizing IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The partial results indicate that price perception has a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction (t-value: 3.986; significance level: 0.001).Restaurant facilities also have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction (t-value: 3.861; significance level: 0.002). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence guest satisfaction (F-value: 12.163; significance level: 0.000). An R-square value of 0.627 indicates that the two variables collectively explain 62.7% of the variation in guest satisfaction, while the remaining 37.3% is explained by factors outside this study's model. It is recommended that the management of Budi Sun Resort Maumere maintain a balance between offered prices and facility quality, and conduct periodic maintenance and upgrades of the restaurant facilities.
