Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui perbedaan harga kakao asalan dan kakao sertifikasi. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komperatif Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah daftar harga kakao dan kakao sertifikasi PT. Celebes Makmur Abadi tahun 2019. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang di ambil adalah daftar harga kakao asalan dan kakao sertifikasi PT. Celebes Makmur Abadi bulan Juni sampai November 2019, dengan pertimbangan bahwa panen kakao terjadi pada bulan Juni sampai November. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan untuk melihat apakah ada perbedaan harga kakao asalan dan kakao sertifikasi dengan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan uji Peringkat Bertanda Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test) diperoleh nilai Zhitung -11,742 yang lebih kecil dari nilai Ztabel-1,96 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kakao asalan dan kakao sertifikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. (2) Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) yang dicetuskan oleh Rangkuti. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera, dalam mengaplikasikan strategi pemasarannya. Sedangkan Objek penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pemasaran Multilevel Marketing PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere. Hasil wawancara yang telah diteliti bahwa Strategi Pemasaran pada PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera Cabang Maumere adalah dengan cara melakuan kegiatan berupa: (a)Home Prospek, (b)Home Sharing, (c)Open Plan Presentation, (d)Workshop dan (e)Training. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera telah menerapkan strategi marketing mix yang menggunakan variabel 4P yaitu Product, Price, Place Dan Promotion.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) determine how much the Price and Promotion influence on Purchasing Desiciond for used motorbikes at Showroom Krnia Indah Motor Mamere (2) analyze the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions for used motorbikes and promotion and purchasing decision for used motorbikes at the Showroom Kurnia Indah Motor Maumere both partially and simltaneosly. The research population was Showroom Kurnia Indah Motor Maumere consumers, as many as 32 people. Due to limited poplation, then this research was conducted by cencus or saturated sampling. Data was collected throght questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and statistic inferential methods, namely multiple linear regression Hypothesis testing was done throght the F and t-test. Based on descriptive analysis, it reveals that the Purchasing, Price and Promotion variables were categorized as good. The statistical results of thet-tests shows that partially the Price variable had a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable. While promotion had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The result of the f-test show that simltaneosly all independent variables, consisting of the Price variable (X1) and promotion variable (X2), had a significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable. The result of the Determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the fluctantion of Purchasing Decions by 45.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja aparatur, kompetensi, dan semangat kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan semanagat kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka (Desa Nita, Desa Nitakloang, Desa Tebuk, dan Desa Lusitada), berjumlah 36 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t dan Uji F. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja aparatur, kompetensi dan semanagat kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompetensi dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompetensi dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka (Desa Nita, Desa Nitakloang, Desa Tebuk, dan Desa Lusitada) sebesar 36,5%.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya kinerja perawat di ruangan operasi RSUD dr. T.C. Hillers Maumere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja perawat, beban kerja, dan komunikasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere, berjumlah 30 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja perawat, beban kerja dan komunikasi dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel keterampilan kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel beban kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja perawat RSUD dr.T.C. Hillers Maumere sebesar 44,8%.

Abstract

This study aims to : (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism, and achievement motivation; (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and achievement motivation employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 38 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using deccriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, professionalism and achievement motivation are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of 29.25%.

Abstract

The background of this research aims: 1). To find out the work performance of apparatus in four villages 2). To analyze the effect of work behavior and work conflict on the performance of village officials. The population in this study were village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village), totaling 32 people. The population is limited, so this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and differential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the t test and f test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the three variables are categorized as not good. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work conflict variable has a negative and significant effect. The results of the f test statistics show that simultaneously the variables of work behavior and work conflict have a significant effect on work performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village) of 28.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research was that the employees' performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency had not been maximized. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, person-job fit, and person-organization fit; and (2) analyze the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency as many as 50 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variable of employee performance. person-job fit, and person-organization fit were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic indicated that partially the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test statistic showed that simultaneously the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables significantly affected employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency by 42.1%.

Abstract

This research addressed the purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop in Watublapi, Maumere, focusing on the influence of price and product quality. The objectives were twofold: (1) to assess the current landscape of price, product quality, and purchasing decisions in the local market, and (2) to analyze the individual and combined effects of price and product quality on these purchasing decisions.The research population comprised residents of Maumere town, with purposive sampling employed due to the infinite population size. Data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, particularly multiple linear regression. Hypotheses were tested using the F-test and t-test.Descriptive analysis reveals that variables related to purchasing decisions, price, and product quality are rated positively. The statistical findings from the t-tests indicate that both price and product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop, Watublapi, Maumere. Furthermore, the F-test confirmed that collectively, all independent variables exerted a significant impact on these purchasing decisions. Additionally, the determination analysis underscores the explanatory power of both variables in understanding fluctuations in purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop, Watublapi, Maumere.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out the picture of Purchase Decisions, Product Quality and Price; (2) analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is Oppo mobile phone consumers who are domiciled in the Sikka Regency area. Because the population is not limited, 100 people were sampled. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and the t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the Purchase Decision variable is in the criteria is quite good, the Product Quality variable is in the good criteria, then the Price variable is in the good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation of the up and down of Purchase Decisions at the Mustika Rivel Maumere Store by 54.9% while 45.1% was influenced by other factors outside the research variables.
