Abstract

General Background: E-Puskesmas is implemented as an electronic health information system to support integrated healthcare services at community health centers. Specific Background: User satisfaction with E-Puskesmas can be assessed through the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dimensions of Content, Format, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Knowledge Gap: The contribution of these five dimensions to staff satisfaction with E-Puskesmas in Pasuruan Regency requires empirical assessment. Aims: This study aims to analyze staff satisfaction with E-Puskesmas using the EUCS method in Pasuruan Regency. Results: A quantitative cross-sectional study involved 185 health workers from seven Puskesmas. Data were collected through Google Forms and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The model explained 83.6% of the variance in user satisfaction (R²=0.836). Accuracy was significantly associated with user satisfaction (p=0.032), while Timeliness showed the strongest significant association (p<0.001). Content (p=0.111), Format (p=0.902), and Ease of Use (p=0.062) were not statistically significant. Novelty: The study identifies the relative contribution of five EUCS dimensions to staff satisfaction with E-Puskesmas within Puskesmas in Pasuruan Regency. Implications: The findings highlight the importance of accurate information and timely system processing for supporting staff satisfaction with E-Puskesmas. Key Findings Highlights Timeliness recorded the strongest statistical association with staff satisfaction. Accuracy was also statistically associated with staff satisfaction. Content, Format, and Ease of Use were not statistically significant predictors. Keywords : E-Puskesmas, User Satisfaction, End User Computing Satisfaction, Accuracy, Timeliness
