Abstract

Toddlers are an age group that is vulnerable to nutritional disorders. A balanced nutritional intake will have an impact on children's development and also play an important role in immunity to prevent and fight COVID-19, especially in early childhood. Nutrition education is an effective effort in changing the behavior of mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge and behavior of mothers in the application of toddler’s balanced nutrition in Sidoarjo region. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pre post test approach. The sample of this research is mothers who have children aged 1-5 years in the village of Sukodono Sidoarjo totaling 30 respondents, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The statistical test used are the Paired T test and Wilcoxon test. The Paired t test results obtained p value 0.011 (α = 0.05), which means that there is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge about balanced nutrition in toddlers, while the Wilcoxon test results on the practice of implementing toddler’s balanced nutrition obtained p value 0.091 which means there is no effect health education on the practice of implementing balanced nutrition in toddlers. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of knowledge of respondents before and after being given health education, while the practice of implementing toddler’s balanced nutrition has no difference before and after being given health education

Abstract

Background: Hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic are trying hard to reduce the number of deaths and losses of COVID-19. Analysis of hospital efficiency and results of hospital services is needed to improve and assess the quality of hospital services provided to patients. In measuring the efficiency of the services provided by the hospital, an analysis of bed use was used through the Barber Johnson chart. To assess the outcome of a service through mortality and morbidity rates. Subjects and Method: This research were descriptive research with data collection by interview to health workers which includes Professional Care Providers (PPA) document study. The research was conducted during August-December 2021. The data obtained were processed into percentage data and Barber Johnson charts. Results: Research Results The mortality rate in June was 24.2% and July 41.7%. Johnson's barber chart is in an inefficient area. BTO in June and July 2021 is 5 and 3, TOI in June and July 2021 is 2.6 and 6.9. Conclusion: Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital Sidoarjo has not yet entered the efficient area of ??the Barber-Johnson Graph. Mortality and morbidity rates are also high due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Strategies that can be carried out are by increasing the number of available beds during the COVID-19 pandemic as an effort to mitigate the hospital disaster, and improving the addition of supporting equipment for medical services related to COVID-19 so that inpatient services are efficient. Abstract

Sidoarjo masih termasuk dalam 5 kota teratas dengan angka kematian ibu tertinggi di Jawa Timur, walaupun sudah ada penurunan kasus kematian tahun 2017 ke tahun 2018 dari 30 menjadi 23 kasus  (Laporan Kesehatan Ibu Provinsi Jawa Timur, 2018). Dinas Kesehatan Sidoarjo melaporkan bahwa 40% kematian ibu disebabkan oleh perdarahan dan 33% oleh pre / eklampsia. Faktor-faktor ini dapat dicegah dengan deteksi dini selama perawatan antenatal dan intrapartum dan rujukan pada waktu yang tepat. Deteksi dini dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, seperti pemanfaatan Aplikasi Si Cantik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor yang berpengaruh pada pemanfaatan aplikasi melalui persepsi dukungan organisasi dan niat perilaku dengan teori TAM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah subjek penelitian adalah 75 bidan di Puskesmas di Sidoarjo yang dipilih secara acak dengan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Regresi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel keyakinan (0.006), inovasi teknologi (0.000) dukungan organisasi (0.000), persepsi kemudahan (0.000) dan persepsi kegunaan (0.000), memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat untuk menggunakan Aplikasi Si Cantik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah karakteristik pribadi, persepsi dukungan organisasi, kemudahan dalam menggunakan aplikasi merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Cegah Kematian Ibu dan Anak Sidoarjo (Si Cantik).

Abstract

ABSTRAKSetiap pelayanan kesehatan memiliki, mengelola, dan menggunakan informasi untuk meningkatkan luaran (outcome) bagi pasien, kinerja staf dan kinerja rumah sakit secara umum. Banyak Pelayanan kesehatan merasa sulit untuk menyeimbangkan kebutuhan untuk mengakses informasi dengan cepat dengan tantangan dalam menyediakan tingkat keamanan yang tepat untuk informasi pribadi. Rekam medis yang baik dapat mengakomodir kepentingan praktisi medis serta pasiennya. Sangat penting bagi dokter yang merawat untuk mendokumentasikan manajemen pasien di bawah perawatannya dengan benar. Klinik Rawat Inap Islam Aisyiyah Pandaan berdiri pada tahun 2009 yang bermula dari BP/RB Aisyiyah Pandaan. Tenaga professional rekam medis di klinik ini tidak ada, sehingga pengelolaan rekam medis dilakukan seadanya. Untuk mendukung peralihan status dari klinik ke Rumah sakit dan juga mengantisipasi dampak dari tidak adanya pengelolaan rekam medis maka pendampingan pengelolaan rekam medis ini di fokuskan pada manajemen ruang penyimpanan rekam medis baik aktif maupun inaktif penting untuk dilakukan. Rak yang akan di buat yaitu rak statis berupa besi panjang 2 m dan lebar 40 cm dan tinggi 1,9 m. Pemilihan rak besi ini lebih hemat dan tinggi rak dapat dijangkau oleh petugas filing, sehingga mempermudah pengambilan berkas. Pengelolaan rekam medis sangat penting karena bersifat rahasia dan guna menurunkan kejadian kesalahan tindakan dan pengobatan. RM yang tersimpan sesuai penomoran dan penjajarannya mempermudah petugas dan tenaga medis melakukan pelayanan kepada pasien. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan proses retensi dan pemusnahan, redesain cover RM, dan memperbaiki sistem penomoran dan melakukan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif rekam medis. Kata kunci: pendampingan; pengelolaan rak; rekam medis; klinik. ABSTRACTHealth care service, manages, and uses information to improve patient outcomes, staff performance and hospital performance in general. Many health services find it difficult to balance the need to access information quickly with the challenge of providing the right level of security for personal information. A good medical record can accommodate the interests of medical practitioners and their patients. It is very important for the treating physician to properly document the management of the patient under his care. Aisyiyah Pandaan Islamic Inpatient Clinic was established in 2009 which started from BP/RB Aisyiyah Pandaan. There are no medical record professionals at this clinic, so the management of medical records is done minimally. To support the transition of status from clinics to hospitals and also to anticipate the impact of the absence of medical record management, this medical record management assistance is focused on the management of medical record storage rooms, both active and inactive, it is important to do. The shelf that will be made is a static shelf in the form of an iron 2 m long and 40 cm wide and 1.9 m high. The selection of this iron medical record storage is more efficient and the height of the storage can be reached by the filing clerk, making it easier to retrieve files. Management of medical records is very important because they are confidential and to reduce the incidence of errors of action and treatment. The medical record stored according to its numbering and alignment makes it easier for officers and medical personnel to provide services to patients. The next activity is assisting the retention and destruction process, redesigning the medical record cover, and improving the numbering system and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records. Keywords: empowerment; medical record storage; clinic.

Abstract

Based on initial data obtained from Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo, the use of SIMRS in the hospital is still not optimal, which is only 60% of the features provided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource factors and technological suitability on the utilization of hospital management information systems with a case study at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo. The type of research is quantitative research and the research design is causal associative research with the HOT Fit method approach. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to SIMRS users. The sample size is 108 SIMRS users at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo. Samples were taken by simple random sampling with lottery technique and then recapitulation of data was then presented in the frequency tabulation table and tested by simple linear regression using SPSS.The results of the study using a simple linear regression test were the influence between the quality of the system and the use of the system on the hospital management information system at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah SIti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo with a significance value (p) of 0.0001 then the value (p) 0.05 so that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a real or significant effect between system quality variables and system use.

Abstract

Based on the data obtained from the observation on the inpatient medical record file of the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo that the initial data shows that there are still medical record files with inaccurate diagnosis codes that do not match as much as (33%). The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the completeness of supporting information factors that affect the accuracy of disease coding in inpatient medical record files at the 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo. This research method uses quantitative research with correlational research which has the aim of determining whether or not there is a relationship between two or more measurable variables. Data collection was carried out in August-October using a check list sheet by observing the inpatient medical record data. The population in this study were all inpatient medical record files in August-October 2021 and the sample in this study was 231 inpatient medical record files at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo with random sampling which was presented in the frequency table and cross tabulation, then tested using the Chi Square Test.The results of the Chi Square test of this study indicate that the supporting information completeness factor variable has a relationship with the accuracy of disease coding because the p value 0.05, which means Ho is rejected. The results show that the p value of the completeness of supporting information factor = 0.022.In this study, it is recommended to improve the quality of coding by increasing the completeness of the file, and can produce an accurate data by conducting coding training and evaluating coding audits to support the accuracy of disease coding.

Abstract

. Paringan Village is located in Jetis District, Mojokerto Regency. The distance from the village to the Mojokerto Regency government is about 15 Km. Based on the results of interviews from several mothers who worked during the Covid Pandemic, their children went to online schools that demanded full assistance from parents but were unable to assist. In addition to the Gadget problem that mothers complain about, there is the growth of cafe around the village that provides wifi access which is very easy to access by children with 2 thousand rupiahs of money. They can enjoy wifi for 2 hours. The activities to be achieved in this activity include reducing the impact of using gadgets, increasing children's interest in playing other than gadgets, increasing interest in reading, and increasing parental control for the use of gadgets in children. This educational game aims to train children's concentration to reduce the impact of gadgets, one of which is a decrease in learning concentration in children. From Community Education activities, both targeting parents and children, they tend to realize that gadgets are a double-edged knife that has a double effect, namely negative and positive.

Abstract

The accuracy of data diagnosis is important for clinical data management, reimbursement, and  issues related to healthcare and services. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the inaccuracy of the diagnosis code maker with the genitourinary disease standard at the  Sidarjo District Hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out the comparison of coder clinical codes with genitourinary disease standards at the sidoarjo district hospital. The method used was quantitative with random sampling techniques presented  in the form of frequency tables and cross tabulations and tested using the chi-square test. This study used medical records for inpatient genitourinary cases in 2022,   with a total sample of 80 medical records. The results showed that completeness, timeliness,  and accuracy had a significant influence on coding accuracy. Completness ( completeness of  supporting information) obtained 58,8% complete medical record documents and 51.3% incomplete medical record documents (p=0.012). Accuracy (coding accuracy):52.5% of medical  record documents were accurate and 47.5% of medical record documents were inaccurate  (p=0,0001). This study suggests improving the quality of coding by conducting coding training  and evaluating coding audits to support coding speed.

Abstract

The Siti Khodijah Muhammdiyah Sepanjang Hospital uses EHOS as a means of providing HIMS. Preliminary study found that in outpatient units consisting of 30 clinics, 1 clinic did not record on the EHOS application, namely home care in filling out data, it was known that filling was still incomplete on patient identity sheets, general consent, initial assessment, and special examinations. The porposed this study to improve the utilization of HISM technology at siti khodijah sepanjang hospital based on the CMUA method using a sample of 135 respondents determination of the number of samples used the formula estimate a proportional in finite population with minimal 117 samples. Simple random sampling was used. This study was conducted from September to December 2022 at Siti Khodijah Sepanjang Hospital. The results of this study are 8 hypotheses, most of which have significant value, including H1: the perception of using HIMS as an opportunity (PO) will positively influence the adoption of a benefit-maximizing strategy (BM) of significant value (sig.0.007). H2: the perception of using HIMS as an opportunity (PO) will positively influence the adoption of a benefit satisfaction strategy (BS) with significant value (sig. 0.00). H3: The manager's perception of the use of HIMS as a threat (PT) will positively influence the disturbance management strategy (DH), with a significant value (sig. 0.000). H5: when managers perceive a situation as an opportunity, the more control they feel over the benefits of HIMS, the more likely they are to adopt a benefit maximizing (BM) strategy of significant value (sig. 0.000). H6: When managers perceive a situation as an opportunity, the more control they feel over the benefits of HIMS, the more likely they are to adopt a significant value benefit satisfaction (BS) strategy (sig. 0.016). H7: when a manager perceives the use of HIMS as a threat, the greater the perceived control over the implementation of security measures, the more he or she will adopt an intrusion management strategy (SP) of significant value (sig. 0.004). It was concluded that in using HIMS to optimize its use from the perspective of threats and opportunities, managers can adopt benefit maximizing strategies, benefit satisficing strategies, and disturbance handling strategies.

Abstract

Kualitas Rekam medis elektronik juga berdampak pada antrian rawat jalan. Penilaian kualitas suatu sistem sangat penting dilakukan agar optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan. Tujuan yang dicapai melalui penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas aplikasi E-RM terhadap kinerja petugas poli rawat jalan dengan mengidentifikasi pengaruh antar variabel dari model teori Technology to performance chain dan berikutnya membagikan saran ataupun pedoman guna peningkatan kualitas aplikasi E-RM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua petugas yang menggunakan aplikasi E-RM yang diseleksi secara acak. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Squares) yaitu model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis komponen varian. Penelitian ini akan meninjau ulang sebagian dari model TPC (Technology to performance chain) yang telah diuji oleh Goodhue & Thompson dengan menggunakan setting utilization pada aplikasi E-RM di RSUD. Dr. Wahidin sudiro husodo Mojokerto. Pada proses uji mengenai Pengaruh Kualitas Aplikasi E-RM Terhadap Kinerja Petugas Poli Rawat Jalan di RSUD DR. Wahidin SUdiro Husodo Mojokerta  mengeluarkan hasil value yang signifikan 0,008 dimana jika (p) < 0,05 maka tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, dengan kata lain hasil uji yang sudah kita buat sudah signifikan.
