This study aims to analyze the effects of Supervision, Work Discipline, and Work Competence on Teacher Performance with Work Motivation as a mediating variable among teachers at private vocational high schools (SMK) in the western part of Bandung City. This research was motivated by the importance of improving teacher performance to support the achievement of educational objectives, particularly through effective supervision, discipline, competence, and motivation. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 220 teachers as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role of Work Motivation. The results indicate that Supervision, Work Discipline, and Work Competence have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. These three variables also have a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Furthermore, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Simultaneously, Supervision, Work Discipline, Work Competence, and Work Motivation significantly affect Teacher Performance, as indicated by an F-value of 59.017 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.523 indicates that 52.3% of the variation in Teacher Performance can be explained by the research variables. The Sobel test confirms that Work Motivation mediates the effects of Supervision, Work Discipline, and Work Competence on Teacher Performance. Therefore, improving teacher performance requires an integrated approach involving supervision, discipline, competence, and motivation.
