This comprehensive research aims to systematically design, develop, and evaluate a practicum-based natural science (IPA) teaching material specifically focused on magnetic force for fourth-grade elementary school students at SDN Perwira IV. Furthermore, this study rigorously examines the product's validity, practical application value, and overall effectiveness in supporting the student learning process. Utilizing the Research and Development (R&D) method adapted from Borg & Gall models, the development stages encompassed thorough needs analysis, initial product design, content development, expert validation, iterative revision, product trials involving small and large groups, and final evaluation. The research subjects comprised one expert science teacher and thirty-four fourth-grade students. Comprehensive data were collected through expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test learning outcomes instruments. The empirical findings demonstrated that the developed practicum-based teaching materials successfully met all established eligibility criteria, recording high expert validity and demonstrating exceptional practicality, evidenced by a 99% teacher response score categorized as very strong and an 86.26% student response score also categorized as very strong. Moreover, the implementation of these teaching materials yielded a profoundly positive impact on student academic achievement, marked by a substantial increase in learning completeness from 70% prior to intervention up to 95% following the learning process.
