The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, consisting of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 06 Palembang, involving students from Classes III A and III B as research subjects. Data were collected using expert validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and teacher response questionnaires. Validation was conducted by media, material, and language experts. The results showed that the developed animated instructional video obtained validity scores of 92% from the media expert, 89.33% from the material expert, and 87.33% from the language expert, all categorized as highly valid. The practicality test yielded average scores of 92% in the one-to-one stage, 87.75% in the small-group stage, and 86% in the big-group stage, with an overall average of 88.58%, categorized as highly practical. In addition, the teacher response questionnaire obtained a score of 94%, categorized as highly practical. Therefore, the animated instructional video for English learning on the topic of School Building is suitable for supporting English learning among third-grade elementary school students.
