Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki karakteristik aliran di sekitar profil airfoil NACA 4412 dengan eksperimen dan simulasi numerik. Spesimen uji tiga dimensi dari bahan kayu balsa dengan panjang chord 100 mm dan lebar span 200 mm dibuat dalam skala laboratorium untuk keperluan pengujian pada terowongan angin, sedangkan simulasi direalisasikan dengan geometri airfoil dalam bentuk dua dimensi. Sejumlah 810.000 elemen bujursangkar dengan nilai Δy+ hingga 17,2 berhasil dibuat untuk mencapai tingkat keakuratan hasil simulasi keadaan tunak berbasis Reynolds Average Navier Stokes (RANS). Penyelidikan karakteristik aerodinamika dilakukan pada sudut serang (α) antara -5o dan 20o dengan kecepatan udara 10 m/s. Beberapa parameter penting seperti koefisien lift (CL), koefisien drag (CD), rasio lift-drag (L/D), koefisien distribusi tekanan (CP) serta profil aliran udara di sekitar airfoil diselidiki secara seksama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien hambat (CD) dan koefisien angkat (CL) yang diperoleh dengan pendekatan numerik maupun pengujian dalam wind tunnel memiliki kesesuaian dengan data peneliti terdahulu. Seiring dengan peningkatan sudut serang airfoil (α), kedua koefisien tersebut mengalami peningkatan. Penurunan koefisien angkat terjadi secara signifikan pada kondisi stall, yaitu pada saat sudut serang melebihi dari 15°. Perubahan sudut serang berpengaruh terhadap pergeseran titik stagnasi maupun titik ekspansi di daerah leading edge pada permukaan bodi airfoil, yang selanjutnya mempengaruhi karakteristik aerodinamika secara keseluruhan. Semakin besar perbedaan tekanan antara sisi atas dan bawah dari bodi airfoil menghasilkan gaya angkat yang semakin besar.

Abstract

Pain is an issue often experienced by cervical cancer patients. Some coping strategies to manage this issue have been conducted by patients. However, its success is influenced by some factors. This study aimed to predict factors influencing coping strategy of pain among cervical cancer patients. The Method is a correlational analytic study had involved cervical cancer patients staged 2 and 3 aged 25 – 65 years old with pain and chemotherapy. The Coping Strategies Questionnaire (CSQ) was used to assess coping strategy describing patient’s thought and feeling associated with pain. Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyse data. The result is Out of 92 respondents, 50% were categorised as late adulthood and 59.8% experience mild pain. Result showed that coping strategy is associated with education, age, marital state, leucocyte and pain scale (p value < 0.05). However, occupation, income, chemotherapy cycle, chemotherapy effects, haemoglobin, thrombocyte, urea and creatinine are not significantly related to coping strategy. Besides, multivariate regression analysis shows that the most influencing factor toward coping strategy is the variable of age. Age is the most influencing factor toward individual’s coping. For that reason, strengthening coping strategy of cervical cancer patients needs to maintain age factor. Keywords: Cervical Cancer; Pain Coping; Coping Strategy

Abstract

Developing an hotel, apartment, condotel, housing, malls and plazas often happens in various corners of the Yogyakarta region. This fact is also triggered increasingly high demand for housing in the city (city living) which is adjacent to the location of work, study or daily activities or in this case is a mix-used planning called Mix-Used JogjaOne Park (JOP). This study aims to determine the magnitude of the impact of traffic on the trip generation and attraction caused Mix-Used JogjaOne Park (JOP) either on the existing condition or when operational in 2020 and 2025. The method used to predict the method of traffic generation using a comparison against similar activities. For comparative exercise activity, is used as a comparison Ambarukmo Plaza mall and shopping activities. While Mataram City as a comparison of activities and hotel apartments. Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997 is used to determine the performance analysis of the road network. From the analysis conducted, the performance conditions on Jalan Adi Sucipto still at LOS D (DS 0.9) on the existing conditions, while at operaisonal at LOS E (DS 1). The condition is not signalized intersection Babarsari - Jl. Adi Sucipto at LOS B (average delay of 5.1 to 15 sec / veh) on condition eksiting, while the LOS still operational at the signalized intersection LOS B. In the East Ringroad - Jl. Adi Sucipto at LOS F (delay (sec / veh) 60) on condition eksting, while also operating at LOS F. And at three signalized intersections Janti Fly Over at LOS D (delay average is 25.1 to 40 seconds / veh) on condition eksting, whereas when operating at LOS E ((delay average is 40.1 to 60 sec / veh).
