Abstract

Microbial proteases play an important role in various medical applications, especially in the wound healing process. Their proteolytic activity allows the breakdown of proteins involved in the inflammatory process and tissue regeneration. This study aims to review the role of microbial proteolytic activity in wound healing and explore the application of computational studies to predict the effectiveness of proteases in wound therapy. Molecular modeling and in silico prediction are used to identify potential proteases that are efficient in improving wound healing. This study also includes an analysis of the mechanism of action of proteases on biological molecules in wounds, as well as the challenges and prospects of using microbial proteases in modern medical therapy.

Abstract

This article presents a literature review on the role of Bacillus pseudomycoides isolates as protease enzyme producers and how bioinformatics modeling enhances their potential in modern pharmaceutical applications. B. pseudomycoides is known to produce proteases with superior characteristics such as temperature and pH stability, making them potential candidates for pharmaceutical formulations. Bioinformatics approaches such as protein structure modeling, molecular docking, and genomic analysis have accelerated the functional characterization of these enzymes. The combination of the utilization of microorganisms and computational approaches opens up new opportunities in drug development, wound therapy, and pharmaceutical biotechnology. This study recommends multidisciplinary integration in the utilization of microbial resources for future therapeutic needs.

Abstract

Bacterial protease enzymes have a wide range of medical applications, particularly in the treatment of infected wounds and therapy for protein digestion disorders. Proteases produced by bacteria such as Bacillus pseudomycoides show great potential for medical therapy due to their ability to break down proteins in the human body. In silico prediction using bioinformatics software such as AutoDock and PyMOL allows researchers to analyze the three-dimensional structure and molecular interactions of proteases with target substrates before conducting laboratory experiments. This article examines the role of bacterial protease enzymes in medical applications and the benefits of using in silico prediction to study the therapeutic potential of proteases. With a combined approach of experimentation and in silico analysis, the process of developing protease-based therapies can be more efficient and faster. This study emphasizes the importance of bioinformatics approaches in accelerating the discovery of enzyme-based medical therapies for future clinical applications.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a major transformation in accounting practices, especially through the integration of blockchain technology and accounting information systems (AIS). This literature study aims to examine how the implementation of both technologies contributes to improving the financial efficiency of companies. Using a literature review method of articles published between 2018 and 2025, it was found that blockchain offers high transparency, reliability, and security of financial data, while AIS supports the acceleration of reporting and decision-making processes. The combination of the two has been proven to reduce transaction costs, accelerate internal audits, and improve reporting accuracy. Although its implementation still faces a number of challenges such as initial costs and technological readiness, the long-term benefits obtained make this integration a potential strategy to significantly improve financial efficiency. This study emphasizes the importance of managerial support and organizational readiness in adopting digital transformation as a whole.
