This study aimed to improve students’ learning achievement in presenting data using tables through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model supported by pictorial data card media among third-grade students of SD Negeri Kutorejo 1. The study was motivated by the low level of student achievement, as indicated by a mastery level of only 45%, as well as limited student participation in a predominantly conventional learning process. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in several cycles, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were third-grade students. Data were collected through learning achievement tests, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The findings revealed that the implementation of the PBL model combined with pictorial data card media significantly improved students’ learning achievement. This improvement was indicated by the increase in average scores and the percentage of students achieving mastery in each cycle. In addition, students’ participation also improved, as shown by their active involvement in discussions, asking questions, and completing group tasks. In conclusion, the PBL model supported by pictorial data card media is effective in enhancing students’ learning achievement and participation in learning data presentation using tables.
