The use of technology-based learning media is one of the requirements of 21st-century education, which requires teachers to select media that are appropriate for the characteristics of the subject matter and the needs of students in order to support a more effective learning process and increase student motivation. In Pancasila Education classes, teachers are expected to be able to select and utilize technology-based instructional media that are appropriate for the characteristics of the material and the needs of the students. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of technology-based learning media by Pancasila Education teachers at SMP Negeri 27 Padang and to analyze its impact on students’ learning motivation. This study employed a Mixed Methods approach with a Sequential Exploratory design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using the data analysis techniques of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, as well as descriptive statistics.
