Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play a strategic role in strengthening local economies and sustaining community-level economic resilience. Bakso Sekawan is a culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency, which has grown rapidly with several branches and mobile vending units. This community service activity aimed to optimize the enterprise's marketing potential through branding reinforcement and digital marketing implementation to enhance competitiveness amid the dynamic culinary business landscape. The program comprised four systematic stages: planning, involving observation and identification of marketing needs; implementation, engaging students in production and sales, logo design as a visual identity, promotional content creation, and social media publication; and evaluation of the alignment between interventions and field needs. Bakso Sekawan possesses competitive advantages, including diverse product sizes and fillings, with its signature jumbo meatball filled with meat, fat, and egg, competitive pricing, proportionate servings, and a strategic location. The presence of three branches and two mobile vending units broadens its market reach. Branding reinforcement through logo development and digital media use proves effective in extending product visibility. This activity provides students with contextual learning in enterprise management, affirming that integrating business identity strengthening with marketing digitalization fosters competitiveness among local micro-enterprises.
