Adolescence is a critical developmental period marked by rapid biological maturation that is often not accompanied by adequate psychosocial readiness, making adolescent girls particularly vulnerable to reproductive health problems. Preliminary observation at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran indicated that students had limited exposure to structured information about how to maintain reproductive health. This community service activity aimed to strengthen adolescent girls' understanding of reproductive health through a school-based educational session. The activity was conducted on 1 September 2026 in the Auditorium of SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran and involved 50 female students as participants. The method used was a health education lecture followed by an interactive question-and-answer session, delivered by a team of lecturers together with fourth-semester Midwifery undergraduate students. Materials covered the definition of reproductive health, adolescent reproductive development, and practical ways to maintain reproductive hygiene and well-being. Qualitative evaluation was based on attendance, participant engagement, and the ability of participants to respond to interactive questions. Findings indicate that participants showed positive responses, active engagement, and were able to articulate their understanding during the discussion session. The activity implies that lecture-based education paired with dialogic interaction is a feasible entry point for reproductive health literacy at the secondary-school level and can be reinforced through continued school-based programming.
