For telecoms companies listed on the IDX between 2021 and 2025, this study aims to analyse the nexus of firm size, firm value, capital expenditures (CapEx), and current ratio (CR). The research method used in this study is quantitative and falls under the category of causal associative. The research utilised a purposive sampling technique, which resulted in 73 observations being considered for the sample. Subsequently, multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics version 31 was used to the secondary data derived from financial statements and annual reports. There was a positive correlation between business size and company value, but a negative correlation between capital expenditure and current ratio. It was also determined that the regression model could be employed by running it through its feasibility test. With a R² value of 15%, the three independent variables explained 15% of the variation in business value, while the remaining 85% was explained by factors that were not part of the model. According to the Signalling Theory, which this study's results back up, investors use signals like a firm's size, liquidity, and investment levels to gauge the future of that company.
