Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and work motivation on employee productivity at CV. Karya Perdana. The study was motivated by the need to improve employee productivity as a key factor in achieving organizational goals through effective workplace management and employee motivation. This study employed a quantitative explanatory research design. The sample consisted of 96 employees selected using probability sampling, while data were collected through a questionnaire that had met validity and reliability requirements. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by t-tests and an F-test. The findings showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (β = 0.342; t = 5.914; p = 0.000), the non-physical work environment also had a positive and significant effect (β = 1.086; t = 11.172; p = 0.000), and work motivation positively and significantly affected employee productivity (β = 0.112; t = 2.338; p = 0.021). Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affected employee productivity (F = 444.639; p = 0.000). The study concluded that improving the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and work motivation enhances employee productivity and provides practical guidance for organizations in developing sustainable human resource management strategies.
