Abstract

Community health is influenced by access to healthcare services, the level of public knowledge, and environmental sanitation conditions. Limited access to basic healthcare services and insufficient public understanding of health technology applications and sustainable sanitation motivated the implementation of this Community Service Program (PKM). This program aimed to provide free medical services and mass circumcision while improving community knowledge regarding the application of nanotechnology as an antibacterial agent and the importance of sustainable sanitation infrastructure. The program employed healthcare service and educational outreach methods and was conducted on May 6, 2026, at Jl. Pagar Alam No. 257, Langkapura District, Bandar Lampung City. The activities included participant registration, free medical examinations and treatment, mass circumcision, educational sessions on the application of nanotechnology as an antibacterial agent, sustainable sanitation infrastructure, and interactive discussions. The results indicated that the program was successfully implemented and received positive responses from the community. Participants benefited directly from the healthcare services and demonstrated improved understanding of nanotechnology applications in healthcare and the importance of proper sanitation practices for disease prevention. Furthermore, the program strengthened collaboration among the university, healthcare professionals, and the community in supporting efforts to improve public health.
