This study aims to develop an interactive booklet based on visual literacy through Project Based Learning (PjBL) on the subject of "My House Floor Plan" to enhance the visual-spatial abilities of third-grade students at SDN 1 Karangsari, Blitar City. The background of this research stems from the observation that approximately 75% of students had not yet achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), with limited instructional media available to support spatial understanding. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which encompasses five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation results indicated that the media achieved an expert media validation score of 97%, expert content validation of 88%, and expert language validation of 92%, all categorized as highly valid. The media feasibility assessment by the classroom teacher yielded 90%, categorized as highly feasible The effectiveness of the developed booklet media in enhancing students' visual-spatial skills was demonstrated during the implementation phase, which involved 19 third-grade participants. Based on the evaluation integrating pretest and posttest instruments, the average N-Gain score reached 0.7848. This achievement represents a high-category qualification, thereby confirming that the utilization of this instructional medium significantly improves students' visual-spatial competence. These findings demonstrate that the integration of visual literacy elements and the PjBL model within the interactive booklet significantly supports students' comprehension of spatial concepts, directions, and positional relationships in floor plan materials.
