Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Community Service Program (KKN) in Muara Bakanon Village, focusing on community empowerment through digitalization, education, and social activities. The main problems faced by the community include low digital literacy, limited access to interactive education, and weak social cohesion. The objective of this research is to analyze the actual contribution of KKN in enhancing community capacity holistically. The study employs a qualitative approach with participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, validated through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that in the field of digitalization, digital literacy training and the development of village information systems improved residents’ technological skills and administrative transparency. In education, tutoring, basic computer training, and the introduction of digital learning applications successfully increased learning motivation and prepared the younger generation for the digital era. Meanwhile, social activities such as health campaigns, creativity competitions, and environmental clean-ups strengthened solidarity, active participation, and community cohesion. Overall, the KKN program proved effective in enhancing community independence, strengthening educational capacity, and creating an inclusive and sustainable social environment.
