Abstract

Sistem   Pakar   merupakan   sistem   komputer   yang   dirancang   dengan   kemampuan   khusus   untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan keputusan yang umumnya dilakukan oleh seorang ahli. Dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) di Indonesia diperlukan suatu sistem teknologi informasi yang mampu untuk menganalisa sebuah transaksi keuangan yang dikategorikan mencurigakan. Sistem pakar dapat membantu dalam melakukan deteksi awal transaksi keuangan mencurigakan hingga menghasilkan analisa yang dapat dijadikan informasi awal adanya transaksi keuangan mencurigakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih awal sebuah transaksi apakah dapat dikategorikan mencurigakan atau tidak berdasarkan parameter transaksi keuangan mencurigakan seperti banyaknya transaksi yang dilakukan, usia nasabah saat melakukan transaksi dan beberapa parameter lainnya. Metode inferensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu forward chaining, forward chaining dipilih karena dianggap sesuai untuk melakukan deteksi awal transaksi keuangan mencurigakan dimana semua data dan aturan akan ditelusuri untuk mengetahui tujuan yang diinginkan berupa hasil analisa terhadap suatu transaksi keuangan mencurigakan berdasarkan nilai bobot transaksi keuangan mencurigakan yang telah ditentukan. Secara umum hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya parameter transaksi keuangan mencurigakan yang selanjutnya dalam sistem pakar menjadi rujukan untuk mengetahui indikator transaksi keuangan mencurigakan akan  menghasilkan nilai bobot yang  menunjukkan tingkat indikasi terjadinya transaksi keuangan mencurigakan.

Abstract

In the era of Internet of Things (IoT) development, there are many technologies that support the digital ecosystem, one of which is Near Field Communication (NFC). The basic standards for NFC devices have been developed since 2004. However, the practical and academic use of NFC is still limited. To address these issues, many researchers propose prototypes and the use of NFC. As a result, this study was designed to delve deeper into the findings of NFC-themed research. This study uses a systematic literature review method. This study aims to classify and examine the latest topics from various research results with the theme of NFC, which are classified into eight areas of use for the period 2018–2022. The results of this study found 9 articles (15.8%) related to medical appliances, 12 articles (21.1%) related to security issues, 9 articles (15.8%) related to education appliances, 7 articles (12.3%) related to mobile payments, 6 articles (10.5%) related to communication appliances, 7 articles (12.3%) related to business administration, 4 articles (7.0%) related to tourism support, and 3 articles (5.3%) related to infrastructure appliances. This finding can be a trigger for further researchers to raise the theme of NFC related to infrastructure appliances.

Abstract

This study finds out what attributes still require attention based on Kano’s Model analysis, which has to be used to prioritize software requirements in the government's or agency’s budget software. This research prioritizes software requirement attributes using Kano's Model. This research used an application by INTRAC as the basis for preparing a questionnaire distributed to 75 civil servants. From this research, it can be concluded that there are 15 sub-elements (including 25 features) classified as one-dimensional and four sub-elements (including eight features) classified as Indifferent. According to the Blauth Formula and continuous data analysis, the result shows a one-dimensional pattern. Based on the CS Coefficient, nine features are prioritized for development (especially the process budget revision). Development on the dimensions of interface requirements and functional requirements has the potential to increase the end user's satisfaction.
