Abstract

Development of globalization impact to a strict competition between the companies. This lead the Human Resources factor into a crucial role in maintaining, directing and developing the company. Therefore, every company needs employees who are bound by their job. One of the things that can encourage the formation of relationship between the employee is perceived organizational support. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study were 139 permanent employees who were still working or were not taking time off from work with a minimum term of one year and the last education was diploma. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Collecting the data using the scale adaptation of Survey of Perceived Organizational Support with 17-item version (α= .91) and a scale adaptation of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with 17-item version (α= .95). The results of data analysis using pearson product moment correlation technique that showed a positive relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh (rxy = .30, p < .05). The higher of perceived organizational support to the employee, likewise the higher bound of employee or otherwise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional (sebab-akibat). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, 1) ada pengaruh signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih; 2) ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih; dan 3) ada pengaruh sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis, penggunaan gawai, dan waktu bermain bersama di antara anak-anak prasekolah dalam keluarga milenial. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada fokusnya pada bagaimana pola asuh demokratis, yang dicirikan oleh responsivitas dan keterlibatan orang tua, berinteraksi dengan perilaku digital anak-anak dan aktivitas ikatan keluarga. Analisis data tidak mengungkapkan hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis dan durasi penggunaan gawai, yang menunjukkan bahwa waktu layar anak-anak lebih dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan digital orang tua dan pola interaksi keluarga. Namun, pola asuh demokratis ditemukan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan jumlah waktu yang dihabiskan orang tua untuk bermain dengan anak-anak mereka. Orang tua dengan gaya pengasuhan demokratis cenderung lebih terlibat, suportif, dan komunikatif, mendorong perkembangan yang seimbang antara aktivitas digital dan fisik. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua dan interaksi keluarga dalam menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis anak-anak dan mempromosikan penggunaan teknologi yang sehat dalam keluarga modern.

Abstract

Eating habits plays an important role not only in physical health but also in psychological well-being, which in turn can influence students’ learning motivation. However, studies that examine the relationship among these three variables simultaneously are still limited. This study aims to analyze the relationship between diet, psychological well-being, and learning motivation, as well as to test the mediating role of psychological well-being. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey design. The respondents were 227 students of SMAN 13 in Samarinda, selected using purposive sampling. The instruments included a diet questionnaire, the Indonesian adolescent psychological well-being scale, and the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS). Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and mediation testing through bootstrapping with the PROCESS Hayes model. The results show that diet does not have a direct effect on learning motivation (p = 0.58), but it has a significant effect on psychological well-being (p < 0.001). Psychological well-being has a significant effect on learning motivation (p < 0.001) and fully mediates the relationship between diet and learning motivation (indirect effect = 0,0945; CI [0.025–0.0976]). These findings indicate that a healthy diet contributes to learning motivation through the improvement of psychological well-being. In conclusion, psychological well-being is a key factor that bridges the relationship between diet and learning motivation. This study recommends integrating healthy diet programs with psychological well being enhancement strategies in schools to support students’ academic achievement.
